What it does
- Dictation
- Press ⌃ ⌥ Space, speak, and insert the transcript at your cursor.
- Voice notes
- Record longer thoughts and keep the audio and transcript in a local history.
- Cleanup
- Use Apple Intelligence or an optional downloaded model to remove filler words and improve punctuation.
Local by default
Audio, transcripts, history, and AI cleanup stay on-device when local speech recognition is enabled. Voice Vise has no account system, telemetry, or hosted inference service.
